INC Play Station – The All New 3-D Experience

Is he on his way out? May be not this time…but he has certainly crossed his limits this time and it is clear from the fact that UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi has asked him to give clarification in writing about his statement on particular Chinese firm not being allowed in India by Home Ministry.

He is a key person for environment work and it will be a huge loss if he loses the portfolio for any reason at this point in time.

In the past also he has attacked his cabinet colleagues like Kamalnath, Prithviraj Chavan, Kapil Sibbal, sharad pawar, but it seems this time he was wrong in choosing P chidambaram as his new target.

One thing is clear, this is just a beginning. The ideological divide in Congress is clearly visible with PM Manmohan Singh leading one side of this divide along with P chidambaram, Prithviraj Chavan, Kamalnath, Kapil Sibbal. On the other hand, we have three clear faces that of Jairam Ramesh, Digvijay Singh and Manishankar Ayyar.

wait and watch…..the great ideological war game has just begun….

Yes, it is just a game, nothing more, nothing less.

A  three dimensional (3D) game Manmohan, Sonia and Rahul representing different dimensions.

While Rahul Gandhi is emerging as future leader of Congress- his focus is clearly managing and creating Vote Bank for his future politics. He is trying to manage groups that have lost their lives, livelihood, dignity and identity because of Economic policies of Manmohan Singh and his followers. At present Rahul is not challenging the economic policies and development paradigm, he is using symbolic measures to retain the votes and support of these marginalized groups and communities.

Sonia is managing the image of Cabinet and Govt. by ensuring some correcting measures time to time. Jairam, Digvijay, Manishankar are doing just that. Sending a message to masses that there is discontent in cabinet. They are playing the role of opposition and thus ensuring that opposition do not take benefit of any discontent that arises because of faulty policies of Govt.

But the fact of the matter is that Manmohan Singh is Prime Minister of India and as of now he has full support and blessings to continue with his policies and approach.

A lot depends on UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi but one thing is sure that the outcome of this infighting will have long lasting impact on not only Congress but also on the future course of history of this country.
